Friends
of Davey and Goliath Gathering - St. Paul, Minnesota
A Friends
of Davey and Goliath fundraiser took place on November 2, 2003
in the Northwestern Hall auditorium at Luther Seminary located in
St. Paul, MN. The fundraiser event included a screening of the documentary, "Oh
Davey! History of the 'Davey and Goliath' Television Series."
Thirty-six people attended the documentary screening on Sunday. The group was a good mix of
adults and families. Augsburg Fortress went all out with their
"Davey" product display AND even offered Davey's "dirt stew"
from the 2004
Vacation Bible School for refreshments ("dirt stew" is
cool whip, oreo cookies and gummy bear worms!)
